As the moon was out tonight and mr Blobby was ruining attempts to get some nice Nebula images, why fight it, I decided to try my hand at capturing the moon. Taken through a neutral density filter 100 exposures, stacked. Capturing the moon when it is still partial and not a full moon tends to bring out more details in the craters and shadows compared to when it is a full moon.
