Usually to get the Hubble Palette in your image, it is required to shoot in monochrome with Hydrogen Alpha, OII filters. This is now as Narrowband imaging.
However, it is possible, using some nice scripts from Bill Blanshan to apply a Hubble like palette.

THis really makes your images pop with a little more life than the standard processing does as you can see in the sample images below.
